EFQM Certified Model Foundation Course
Foundation Course is a pre-requisite for the EFQM Assessor Training

Goal
The goal of participating in this course is to understand how the EFQM Model and RADAR can benefit an organisation and help it overcome current and future challenges, to learn how the Model is structured and how its elements apply in practice, and to start applying RADAR both as a diagnostic tool (to identify strengths and areas for improvement) and as a performance improvement methodology. Participants also aim to be able to conduct a high-level self-assessment using the “Rapid Diagnostic”, understand the opportunities provided by EFQM data and insights, gain insight into alternative uses of the EFQM Model, and meet the prerequisite for progressing to EFQM’s certified Assessor/Practitioner training pathways.
