Inspirational organizational leadership including a deep commitment to resilience, successfully balances the needs internal and external stakeholders, supports business priorities and is able to provide good management with good decision making as well as continuous evaluation of strategies and work programs against organisational goals. Awareness and understanding of their operating environment, ability to manage vulnerabilities, and the ability to adapt in response to rapid change provides competitive advantage to the organization.
Leaders have a fiduciary duty towards the organization and society, and they must leave a legacy behind, ensuring prosperity and continuity.
