In particular, it is a combination of maintaining continuity through disruptive challenges, and long-term viability against a backdrop of strategic change and the changing external environment. Resilience needs to be embedded across the organization, with operational activities aligned with strategic priorities. In addition, the organization needs to satisfy itself that its relationships with partners, outsourcers, suppliers and other key interested parties are sufficiently resilient
